The Lean Construction Ireland (LCi) Annual Conference 2026 will take place on Tuesday, 3rd November at The Johnstown Estate, Co. Meath. This premier event brings together over 300 professionals from across the construction industry, including clients, contractors, service providers, and academics, to explore Lean practices and innovations. The 2026 conference theme is “OPTIMISING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE,” aligning with LCi’s strategic objectives of driving innovation through Lean adoption and digital transformation. Attendees can expect concise presentations, interactive discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.

The theme of the event is "OPTIMISING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE". The aim of the event is to gather experts in the field of lean construction to both inspire, and challenge the industry to implement lean practices on their projects. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from others how they can leverage the benefits of lean concepts to deliver quality projects that are safer, faster and more profitable leading to increased stakeholder satisfaction and value for money.
